The Mobile Home note market has softened up over the last couple of years.  Like much of the Real Estate market.  But we do work with several investors who purchase mobile home notes.

There are two types of paper on mobile home note.  Mobile Home with land  and  Mobile Home without land.  We only purchase Mobile Homes with Land unless you have a portfolio of mobile homes without land.

We will work to get you a couple different purchase options such as a full purchase as well as a partial.  Many times on Mobile Home and land notes a partial is the best option.
